Frequently asked questions
Do I have to use the operations module?
No. You can simply take bookings through Parkoni: you set how many spaces you offer and receive every booking by email. The module with the day list, scanning, shuttle runs and till is there whenever you want it.
What does Parkoni cost?
There is no base fee. Commission is only due on bookings through Parkoni, meaning the marketplace and your Parkoni booking page. The operations module only costs anything while you use it. The current terms are shown above; your contract is what counts.
When do I get paid?
Bookings paid online are paid out through Stripe the day after the stay ends, not at the end of the month. What travellers pay on site goes straight to you.
Do I need an app?
No. Parkoni runs fully in the browser on any smartphone, tablet and computer, with nothing to install. Our own apps for iOS and Android are coming soon.
How quickly can I go live?
After you register we check your details, usually within one working day. Then you sign the contract online, add your car park and start taking bookings.
