Role of Parkoni
Parkoni is an online marketplace. The car parks are offered by independent operators, who are the travellers' contract partners for the parking service. You can see who the operator of an offer is on the offer page, before you book and in your booking confirmation.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. More on this and on your options under Complaints and dispute resolution.
Liability for content and links
We are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws. The operators are responsible for their information about their offers; we check it within our means and correct or remove it as soon as we learn of an error or an infringement. We have no influence on the content of third-party websites to which we link; if we become aware of infringements, we remove such links promptly. You can report unlawful content to us at any time (see the Terms, section A 10).
